Regler und Monitor für Restgasanalysatoren

Der PPM100 ist ein Controller/Monitor für Restgasanalysatoren. Sowohl Restgasanalysatoren, als auch bis zu vier Kapazitätsmanometer zur Totaldruckmessung sind adaptierbar. Die Einstellung des verwendeten Restgasanalysators kann ohne Computer von der Frontplatte des PPM100 erfolgen. Einzelne Massen wie z.B. Wasserstoff, Helium, Stickstoff, Sauerstoff, Argon usw. können gesetzt und überwacht werden. Die Messdaten können Alarme und Schaltrelays auslösen oder proportionale Analogsignale zur Verwendung in Regelkreisen erzeugen.
