Mit der Detektionsgrenze <1 ppm, Direktsampling bei mTorr-Druck und benutzerfreundlichem Windows-Softwarepaket, erfüllen die CIS-Systeme anspruchsvollste Aufgaben. In-Line-Prozessüberwachung und -regelung, Verifizierung von Prozessgasreinheit direkt an der Stelle der Verwendung, Restgasanalyse im Hochvakuum und Lecküberwachung der Prozesskomponenten sind nur einige der Anwendungen bei denen dieses System unverzichtbar ist.
