Zwei Pfade für präzise Ergebnisse

Das PPR-Prozessüberwachungssystem wurde In-Line Prozessüberwachung und -diagnose entwickelt. Zu dem System gehören zwei Pfade, die mit dem Restgasanalysator (RGA) verbunden sind: ein hochleitender Pfad für die Messung der Vakuumbasis sowie ein Druck reduzierender Pfad, um Prozesse bei Betriebsdruck zu überwachen.
