Produktbeschreibung & Vorteile von RGA100, RGA200 & RGA300

Präzise und zuverlässig

Die RGA-Serie wurde für das große Feld der Halbleiter-, Gas-, Hochvakuum- und Ultrahochvakuum-Anwendungen entwickelt. Das System besteht aus Ionisator mit Quadrupolfilter und Detektor, Elektronikeinheit und Echtzeit-Software auf Windowsbasis. Der Meßkopf enthält einen Faraday-Detektor. Zur Steigerung der Empfindlichkeit und Verkürzung der Meßzeiten kann zusätzlich ein Sekundärelektronenvervielfacher (SEV) eingebaut werden. Durch Autokalibrationsroutinen ist ein nachträglicher Einbau oder Austausch des SEV sowie des Filaments vom Anwender selbst vornehmbar. Ebenso kann binnen weniger Minuten das Filament ersetzt werden.
  • Einfacher Austausch von Multiplier und Filament
  • Detektionsfähig bis 1 ppm
  • Druckbereich Faraday Cup 10exp(-5) bis 5×10exp(-11), mit SEV bis 5×10exp(-14)
