Präzise Darstellung über die Zeit

Der IGC100 ist ein hochgenaues und stabiles Vakuummessgerät, ganz besonders auch für die Labor- und Prozessautomation. Das Gerät arbeitet im Bereich 1000 Torr bis UHV. Zur Steuerung des Emissionsstroms ist eine Stromversorgung eingebaut. Der Druck kann im vollen Bereich ohne Unterbrechung angezeigt werden, die Genauigkeit liegt bei 0,3 %. Die Daten können mittels RS232-, IEEE488- oder Ethernet-Schnittstelle ausgelesen werden.
  • Anschließbare Drucksonden: Pirani, Bayard-Albert, Kapazitätsmanometer
  • Messwertanzeige: numerisch, Balkenanzeige oder Kurve im Zeitverlauf
  • Touchscreen-Anzeige
