Das PERF10 besitzt exzellente Eigenschaften bzgl. Phasenrauschen, Allan-Varianz (Kurzzeitstabilität) und Alterungscharakteristik. Die Verwendung einer Rubidiumresonanzquelle für niedrigstes Phasenrauschen kombiniert mit einem innovativen, elektronischen, doppelofigen, Temperatur überwachten Quarzoszillator zur Minimierung des Temperaturgradienten ermöglichen eine niedrige Allan-Varianz.
