Kompakt und zuverlässig

Die SL6 Neon-Lichtquelle/-Kalibrierlampe wird zur Wellenlängenverifikation sowie zur Überprüfung von Auflösung und Genauigkeit von Spektrometern im VIS/NIR-Bereich verwendet StellarNet-Spektrometer werden werkseitig mit SL2 (Quecksilber-Argon), SL6 (Neon) und weiteren Emissionslinien Wellenlängen kalibriert. Sie sind außerdem robust und auf 1/4 nm genau. Mit der SL2-Lampe kann jede Wellenlängenmessung einfach überprüft und spektrale Kalibrierungen bestätigt werden.
